Rasmus has been hunting since he was a child and is a passionate hunter to the core. Hunting has always been a natural part of his life - from early mornings in the forests of Småland to driven hunts around Europe. Although hunting abroad has become more frequent over the years, the love of the Swedish countryside has always remained. For Rasmus, hunting is as much about the community and nature as the experience itself.
With long experience from the hunting industry and as the person who has visited most of Waidmann's destinations, Rasmus knows our trips inside out. He is constantly working to develop and improve the whole - where really good hunting meets thoughtful travel experiences and genuine concern for the guest.
Rasmus is driven by bringing together hunters from different parts of the world with new hunting cultures and experiences in a seamless whole. His goal is to create experiences that are both well-organized and genuine - where every guest feels seen, cared for and part of something bigger. An experience that stays with you long after the hunt is over.

Viktoria grew up with hunting, and for her it’s not just a hobby—it’s a way of life filled with excitement, respect, and a strong sense of community. She feels most at home out in the woods, whether as a dog handler alongside her Karelian bear dog Linus or as a spotter on an exciting driven hunt. During her years at Lundsberg, she was active in the Lundsberg Shooting Club and built a strong network within the hunting community.
With a background in customer service and sales, Viktoria excels at putting people at ease and building trust. She has a natural knack for understanding guests’ needs and ensures that every trip is personalized, well-planned, and memorable. The goal is simple: for every traveler to return home looking forward to their next adventure with Waidmann.

Josefin is Waidmann's master of order and structure - the one who keeps everything running smoothly, even when the rest of us are chasing new ideas (or game). With years of experience in the travel industry and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, she turns every trip into something special.
She has a unique ability to combine precision with warmth - to make everything work without losing the feeling. Whether it's planning, solving unexpected challenges or creating magic in the details, Josefin does it with a smile.
In short, she's the one who keeps track of the rest of us - and makes sure every guest has a trip they'll never forget.

Calle has been an avid angler his whole life and has now transitioned to becoming a hunter. Although he got into hunting a bit later in life, he has hunted more than most people have over the past 10 years. He loves everything from a good driven hunt in Sweden to an exciting stalking hunt in Namibia or a Monteria in Spain. But his main focus is on Swedish driven hunts, thanks to his extensive network of contacts.
Calle has started and run the Youtube channel "BraJakt" in recent years but has now handed it over to his former colleague. The focus is now on Waidmann's hunting trips abroad and also some Swedish driven hunts.

With over 30 years of experience as a trained professional hunter and gamekeeper in both Sweden and Denmark, Linus has a solid background in hunting and wildlife management. Among other things, he has spent 25 years as the head of hunting and fishing at the Trolle Ljungby estate, an experience that has shaped his deep knowledge of both Swedish and international hunting.
As a Waidmann ambassador, Linus guides our guests on everything from action-packed driven hunts back home in Sweden to exciting monterías under the Spanish sun. His own travels have taken him from buffalo hunts in Tanzania to dreams of mountain hunts in the East and puma hunts in America.
In his role at Waidmann, Linus focuses on finding new destinations and serving our guests with his extensive expertise. His goal is to offer well-planned trips that provide our customers with fantastic hunting experiences together.

Pontus is a dedicated hunter and dog handler who lives for traditional Swedish hunting alongside his two dogs. At the same time, he loves the excitement of European driven hunts and the thrill of stalking for dream trophies. A passionate hunter who knows every aspect of hunting inside and out—whether it takes place in Sweden or elsewhere in Europe.

Hunting and nature have been a constant theme throughout Jimmie’s life, laying the foundation for his deep commitment to wildlife conservation and management. Through his previous work on the YouTube channel Ontarget, Jimmie has built up an extensive international network of contacts, which he now brings to the team.
Although the Spanish mountains are his favorite destination, he is driven by a desire to constantly discover new places and meet new people. Above all, his dream is to embark on challenging hunts for Himalayan ibex and other mountain goats in the world’s highest mountain ranges.

Frodefeels most at home with his rifle slung over his shoulder and the tranquility of nature all around him—preferably on a challenging Stalking is particularly close to his heart, but he appreciates a well-organized drive hunt just as much.
With experience from the hunting, fishing, and outdoor industries, Frode combines his knowledge with a keen curiosity and joy in creating experiences for others.

With a keen eye for branding and detail, Filippa is responsible for our digital presence and creates content that conveys the authentic essence of the hunting experience. By establishing a clear visual identity across our channels, she builds a presence that is not only visible but also conveys the passion and respect for wildlife that we stand for.
In her role as Creative Director for Web and Social Media, Filippa ensures that our digital communications maintain the highest standards. By serving as the bridge between the forest and the screen, she presents the art of hunting in a modern format, ensuring that our digital presence accurately reflects the quality and experience we offer in the field.
Chairman & Partner and CEO of Intoit Travel Group
Niklas is a driven entrepreneur with a genuine commitment to travel, experiences and people. As working chairman of Waidmann, he contributes with both strategic focus and energy - always with the aim of creating and developing world-class holistic experiences.
Born and raised in Gothenburg, but it was during the 10 years in Stockholm that his interest in hunting really took off. Now he is back on the west coast where sea, forest and family life coexist in perfect balance. When he's not in the forest with his dog and family, he can usually be found at the office or at sea.
Marketing Manager within Intoit Travel Group
Jonas has extensive experience in both the travel industry and marketing, over 25 years. He is passionate about using digital tools and building long-term relationships with partners and guests. Interests besides traveling are mountain biking, skiing, sailing, wine and nature experiences.

Ulf is a serial entrepreneur who has built one of Sweden's largest event and conference companies and is passionate about using experiences as a tool in communication between people and companies. He has created both large events and smaller conference and study trips all over the world.
Today he is a partner and executive chairman of Intoit Travel Group, of which Waidmann Hunting Tours is a part. Interests besides traveling are hunting, triathlon, kayaking, good food and outdoor life, preferably in combination.

Linda is Waidmann's financial backbone - the one who, with a steady hand, ensures that everything comes together behind the scenes. She combines precision and structure with genuine commitment, and helps to ensure that every figure in the business falls into place.
Outside of work, she can be found with her family or out in nature, energized by long walks, picking mushrooms or discovering new places. Her curiosity and calm presence permeate everything she does - both at work and in life.
