As part of the Intoit Travel Group, we are currently in an exciting growth phase with both new partnerships and strong demand from returning customers. To strengthen our team, we are therefore looking for an experienced travel sales representative who wants to play a key role in our continued expansion.
As a travel agent at Waidmann, you will play a key role with responsibility for the entire chain, from initial contact to completion of the trip. You will work independently and professionally to gain the trust of a customer group that expects expertise and personal service at every stage.
We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented and takes great personal responsibility in a changing industry. For the right person, we offer considerable scope for action and the opportunity to directly influence how we develop our working methods and business.
The relationship does not end when the trip is over, as you will also handle follow-ups and trophy transport to build the long-term partnerships that are our strength. Working closely with international partners and our internal team, you will become an important ambassador for our brand.

Several years of documented experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry or with a focus on experience-based services.
Solid experience in producing, booking, and managing complex trips.
Excellent communication skills combined with a professional and confident manner when dealing with customers.
The ability to work in a structured manner, set the right priorities, and drive your own processes completely independently.
A strong sense of responsibility and a clear business-oriented focus in everything you do.
Hunting license and a broad knowledge base in various areas of hunting.
A passionate interest in hunting, nature, and international experiences.
Previous work at a specialist or niche travel company.
Experience in business development, product development, or travel packaging.
Experience working with various types of travel and booking systems.
Practical experience of hunting and hunting trips outside Sweden.
