As part of the Intoit Travel Group, we are currently in an exciting growth phase with both new partnerships and strong demand from returning customers. To strengthen our team, we are therefore looking for an experienced travel sales representative who wants to play a key role in our continued expansion.

About the role

As a travel agent at Waidmann, you will play a key role with responsibility for the entire chain, from initial contact to completion of the trip. You will work independently and professionally to gain the trust of a customer group that expects expertise and personal service at every stage.

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented and takes great personal responsibility in a changing industry. For the right person, we offer considerable scope for action and the opportunity to directly influence how we develop our working methods and business.

The relationship does not end when the trip is over, as you will also handle follow-ups and trophy transport to build the long-term partnerships that are our strength. Working closely with international partners and our internal team, you will become an important ambassador for our brand.

main responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for selling hunting trips with a strong focus on creating long-term customer relationships and the highest possible customer satisfaction. 
  • Through expert advice and needs analysis, you tailor experiences based on each customer's unique experience, expectations, and hunting ambitions. 
  • Your responsibilities include the entire planning and production of travel arrangements, which includes everything from logistics and bookings to detailed coordination. 
  • After the trip, you will conduct a thorough follow-up, which includes coordinating trophy handling and planning for the customer's future trips. 
  • In your day-to-day work, you will handle business-related matters such as quotations, agreements, budgets, and ongoing follow-up of business transactions.
  • You play an active role in developing the business by identifying and developing new products and destinations. 
  • Through your professional conduct, you strengthen Waidmann's profile and brand throughout the market. 
  • You will represent the company at customer events and hunting fairs to build networks and meet both existing and new customers. 
  • The role involves participating as a tour guide and representative for Waidmann on larger group trips to various destinations around the world. 
  • The position requires travel in connection with customer trips, trade fair participation, and regular visits to our various destinations.

qualifications

In this recruitment process, we place great emphasis on both your commercial and operational strengths. A genuine interest in hunting and good hunting knowledge are key to understanding our products and customers, but your experience in sales and travel production is the decisive factor for success in this role.

We are looking for someone who has:
  • Several years of documented experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry or with a focus on experience-based services.

  • Solid experience in producing, booking, and managing complex trips.

  • Excellent communication skills combined with a professional and confident manner when dealing with customers.

  • The ability to work in a structured manner, set the right priorities, and drive your own processes completely independently.

  • A strong sense of responsibility and a clear business-oriented focus in everything you do.

  • Hunting license and a broad knowledge base in various areas of hunting.

  • A passionate interest in hunting, nature, and international experiences.

 

Meritorious experience:
  • Previous work at a specialist or niche travel company.

  • Experience in business development, product development, or travel packaging.

  • Experience working with various types of travel and booking systems.

  • Practical experience of hunting and hunting trips outside Sweden.
